There are several followers of the Sierra de Guadarrama who prefer the side of Segovia, and maybe it's because of the landscape who remains the safest urban folly to those who succumbed years ago the Madrid side. Among the tastiest corners of this skirt is Navafria, a small village with mountain pass, even though the village is often and the only waterfall noteworthy in Segoiva land, and names the establishment hand. El Manantial del Chorro is a spacious charming hotel, while respecting the aesthetic facade plastered with wooden beams and balconies view of form, distributes its brand-new main building and bungalows by a generous garden with beautiful views. The management has a strong commitment to these stalwarts of the Segovia side, making a very nice spa with thermal baths, shower cabins, sauna, Turkish bath and jacuzzi, open to the landscape through large windows. A panoramic restaurant with beautiful views offered the best of local cuisine and a large meeting room in separate building with everything you need for the demands of business, being also the quietest corner of the plot. Although well intended, the sound of cowbells cadent cattle becomes nanny for those coming here to escape the city.
