Luxuriously furnished penthouse apartment in Kitzbühel This apartment is absolutely quiet at the foot of the Kitzbühel Horn in a dead end without any traffic noise and just a short walk from the resort center. The penthouse apartment is located on the second floor and has a living space of about 100 m². The bathroom is equipped with Jacuzzi tub and steam sauna + radio and MP3 connection. There is an extra toilet. You is an absolutely top quality designer kitchen of the brand Zeyko (39,000) with a worktop in granite nero africa asutto available. All built-in appliances are from Miele. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, mini oven with grill, contact grill for fat-free grilling, Raclettgrill, blender, dishwasher, washing machine and a coffee machine (Krups). The two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed. In one of the rooms, the double bed is located on the gallery. The living room has a big bed for up to six people, flat screen TV with Yamaha sound system, a DVD player, a rotary stove (Wamsler) and an extra dining niche game for children. There is underfloor heating in the whole house as well as very large skylights that make the apartment appear as bright as day. The apartment was renovated in early 2013. From the living area you have access to the covered balcony. There is an underground parking space and additional parking spaces in front of the house. In 200 meters you have all shops for daily needs eg Billa, Hofer (Aldi), Metzger, M-Preis. The ideal place for an upscale and luxurious ski or walking holiday "Nothing off the peg"!
