Just like Graz as a European Capital of Culture, the Altstadthaus offers its guests a perfect combination of the orinial house from the Gründerzeit and modern design elements. Each apartment gets both its name and special character from people typical for Graz – for example Margarethe, the caretaker or Amalia, die laundress form the nearby Griesplatz. We have two different types of apartments for you: the STUDIO (max. 2 people) and the APARTMENT (for up to 4 people, standard rate incl. 2 people, €20/night for each additional person). All our flats are fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom and TV. As a proud member of the Bibliotels, we offer you a selection of books and a comfortable reading atmosphere in each of our apartments. Revel in the experiences of the true inhabitants of Graz and join us on a search for the true, original city.
