Hotel Andrea is a traditional house that dates from the time of the tourism boom in Seeboden, a city situated on the idyllic Millstätter Lake in Carinthia, the southernmost region of Austria. The Millstätter Lake is only 5-8 minutes away from the hotel by foot. The unit was completely renovated in 2010-2011 and enjoys popularity especially among families during high-season. In the preseason it is a perfect accommodation for Austrian school-groups, that arrive to the Millstätter Lake to have their annual sports camp. Due to its central location in the mountains of Upper Carinthia, the house is an ideal starting point for excursions to nearby skiing areas, such as: Goldeck, Bad Kleinkirchheim, Katschberg, Mölltaler glacier and the Ankogel in Mallnitz. The sports mountain Goldeck is located near river Drau and has become THE Jolly-Joker of all winter sport-fans. The Hotel offers its guests a warm lobby and reception area and a beautiful restaurant. The furniture of the house, although new, pays tribute to the tourism boom of the '70-'80s. House guests can benefit of the MIC-Card, having the opportunity to visit all the important attractions of the region, including a sea voyage on the Millstätter Lake. The wellness-area offers a finish-sauna and a cozy whirlpool. Internet is nowadays a must-have, so our guest can benefit from free WIFI-connection in the entire hotel. The rooms are equipped with new toilets and bathrooms, LCD-TV and hair dryer. Most rooms have a balcony with a marvelous view on the Millstätter Lake. Guests can choose from our simple double rooms or from our family rooms with one double bed and a couch for 1 adult/child or two little children (until the age of 10). Business hours of reception: On business days: from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00 .
