Our house lies in quiet and sunny, but central situation with free look at the surrounding mountains like Zugspitze and the Grubigstein. Directly at our house the footpaths and cross-country skiing cross-country trails begin all around the valley kettle of Lermoos. At few walking minutes you reach the centre from Lermoos, the lift arrangements of the Grubigstein, skating place, tennis courts, indoor swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool.
