We offer lovely apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on one of the most emblematic avenues in Valencia. The apartments have a spacious and light living-dining room, with a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two beds and in the living-dining room there is a sofa bed. The apartments are suitable for a maximum of five people. The apartments are newly renovated. They all are equipped with heating using radiators in all rooms, household items, bed linen and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, vitroceramic hob, oven and extractor hood. The prices do not include breakfast. We only offer accommodation. The apartments come with bed linen and towels for all occupants. The building is situated close to the Port of Valencia and to the Malvarrosa beach, a few minutes from the city centre. It is a renovated building from the beginning of the 20th Century, which has conserved its picturesque façade, typical of valencian modernism. Ideal for your visits to Valencia, the area is has all the necessary amenities: pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, public buses, metro…….. The Ciudad de las Ciencias s only 15 minutes away on foot. The centre of Valencia is 10 minutes away by car. The apartments do not have parking, but it is easy to park on the surrounding streets.
