Our family run hotel is characterized by its unique ambience directly at the lake shore and by its situation which is quiet and central (8 min to the ski lift but we offer free transfer shuttle to the lift station). All our rooms offer either a balcony or a terrace and a wonderful view all over the lake. Some of our guests call us “Paradise at the lake”. We close in September because we rebuild our hotel and open again on the 23rd of December 2011. We start with a absolute new orientation: “Everyone will speak about this quality”. In our room rate is including breakfast buffet (warm and coled) and 4 course culinary half board. We invite you in our restaurant with a wonderful view to the lake or on our terrace direct to the lake. Bar-Lounge and Lobby become a new design with charming and traditional Austrian corners . Family with children we give “a warm welcome”. WELLBEING AREA To recover from daily-life stress, we adjusted a new and comfortable wellbeing area with steam bath, infrared cabin, finish sauna and herbal sauna -modern fitness room with wonderful LAKE VIEW. Dangle your soul in our new lake-side relax area while watching the calming water of the Zeller lake. Of course our guests have the possibility to use our relaxing offer, e.g. different types of massages and diverse cosmetically treatments, on demand. EXCLUSIVE SERVICE FOR THE GUESTS OF OUR HOUSE In winter we offer free shuttle bus to the skiing area of Zell am See. Our hotel, which offers ideal calmness and regeneration, is located near to the cable car station and to the city centre. There are just a view foot steps to the official indoor swimming pool, ice-skating hall and to the fitness centre.
