This village in Soria presided over by an 11th century Arabic castle was restored almost entirely by Manuel de la Torre who also converted an 18th century manor house into a charming hotel combining beauty and elegance with valuable antiques and attractive designer furniture by Le Corbusier, Charles Eames, Philippe Starck and Norman Foster. The end result is a sensation of great comfort throughout the hotel: the guest rooms are equipped with under floor heating and air conditioning, a fireplace, wifi, flat screen satellite TV, minibar, etc. The sitting room has four different areas and a bar where drinks are served in hand painted glasses. The large windows and fireplaces create a warm welcoming atmosphere for enjoying good conversation and reading. In Posada Real de Santa Quiteria there are three suites and a double room in the Arabic castle itself. Other services include a swimming pool, bar, sunbathing terrace and an antiques shop.
