Our familiar 4* hotel is located 2 km out of the town-centre at the access road to Zell am See. The “Zeller See” (lake) is just 200 m away from the hotel. To get into the city centre it takes 15 minutes on foot – there is a nice lakeside promenade next to the lake – or 5 minutes by car or bus which takes you in winter as well directly to the slopes. Our hotel offers 40 comfortable rooms on 3 floors, an à-la-carte Restaurant, a dining hall (where breakfast and half board dinner is served – please note that our dining hall is a non-smoking area!), a cosy hotel-bar, an elevator, a big parking place (also for busses), a garden terrace and a children’s play room and play ground. Furthermore, we offer a spa area (approx. 450 m²) with indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, Sana-rium and infrared cabin which are free of charge. You also can enjoy beauty treatments and massages in our spa area (for surcharge). All our rooms are equipped with shower or bath and WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, vanity mirror, cable-TV, radio, telephone, safe, internet access and partly with balcony or terrace. NEW: The already in the B&B price included "Zell am See-Kaprun Card" Business hours of reception: On business days: from 07:30 to 21:00 .
