Waterfront Terraces is found on the Cairns Esplanade, a wonderful tropical paradise and the key to the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest. It is the home of some of the world’s most exciting and beautiful creatures in the world. The hotel is situated at the Northern end of the esplanade with easy access to inner city shopping, reef departures and the famous Kuranda Railway & Skyrail where you can take a trip back in time and experience our heritage first hand. The hotel has 22 fully self contained apartments (14 single & 8 double apartments). The journey from the highway to the hotel (0.5 km away) and onward into the city central is easy and fast (distance to city central: 1.5 km). The hotel is situated opposite the beach and within 15 minutes of the airport (5.0 km) by taxi. The hotel provides Internet access in the rooms and public areas (WLAN). Valuables can be left at reception for safekeeping. Free hotel parking is available for your car. We can organize car rental for you with the cars being delivered to the hotel.
