The Maracaibo Aparthotel & Restaurant is a family owned property in the southern Gran Canarian village of Puerto Rico; located on just 400 meters of the beach and the yacht marina. Built in 1970 and renovated in 2005 and 2009, the Aparthotel has 101 rooms, 17 Deluxe, 18 Superior and 66 Classic. All rooms have a surface of approximated 55 m², a private terrace with sea view; satellite TV TFT, air conditioning and fully-equipped kitchen. The Maracaibo Gourmet Restaurant & Caribbean Bar is our gastronomic and relaxing area. In the daytime, the Caribbean Bar is the perfect choice for a nice breakfast, lunch, snack or cocktail on the chill out terrace with marvelous views overlooking the beach and yacht marina. Every evening our Chef offers a daily menu and a Gourmet specialty with a good selection of Spanish wines. To conclude an excellent evening the lounge bar is the right place for a first class long drink, brandy or old Scotch whisky. We also cater for business and group events, weddings and family celebrations. The Aparthotel offers a range of facilities: business and internet center, a 24 hours mini market and delicatessen shop, therapeutic massages, a heated swimming pool, a separate heated children’s pool, a children’s play and activities area and a tropical palm garden.
