A house dating from 1877 in Asturias, a time when returning emigrants invested the gains of overseas adventures in fine and deliberately ostentatious homes. Casona de la Paca small charming hotel, is surrounded by an splendid garden which gives life to tropical and other species such as camellias, magnolias, centenary oaktrees ... Located only 1 km from the popular fishing village of Cudillero in a residential area where solid houses and palaces from the beginning of this century blend together. Furnishing and decoration is now “ ´90s-smart “. Montse, the owner, has lovingly married print, warm colour fabrics, untique furniture and wrought iron headboard with wooden floors and pastel colours walls. There is a stone building next to the main house which gives shelter to ten apartments ideal for catering families with children. The apartments have their own garden and share a swimming pool and childrens playground. Perhaps the biggest treat is breakfasting in its lovely dinning room, with a choice of local cakes.
