The new and unconventional has found its way into Hotel Wiesler in Graz – where grandiosity and star-ratings (but not the wonderful days gone by) have been surrendered during the hotel’s repositioning. So breakfast in the (at least) 100 year old building in the middle of Graz is still taken under an art nouveau mosaic, filling the wall. The ‘Speisesaal’ restaurant keeps modern street art, international delicacies and a breezy soul ready for the evenings. The in-house barber pampers with an old fashioned hand shave.
