Altstadthotel Kasererbräu is situated in the heart of Salzburg, only 3 minutes from the cathedral. It has been in family property for generations. This tradition is reflected in the Salzburg ambiance and hospitality. Built in 1342, the hotel is a landmarked building, which was carefully renovated in 2013. All the rooms offer modern comfort and are equipped with antiques (in most parts), bath or shower, WC, telephone, cable TV and clock radio. Some rooms additionally offer a minibar. The new Suites are bookable from 2 to 4 persons. You can relax in our complimentary spa area with sauna, steam bath and roof terrace. Wireless lan is available in the whole building and is for free! The hotel is centrally located in the pedestrian precinct of the Old Town. However, it is easily approachable and is the only hotel in the old town to have an own parking space (price: € 14,00 per day; please reserve your parking slot in advance). Close to the hotel you can easily find means of public transportation. If you use a navigation system please insert the address “Kajetanerplatz” and drive in direction “Kaigasse”. Please note that in the “Kaigasse” you’ll find bollards that won’t allow you to get in without access code. Please push the button “Kasererbräu” near the bollard and you will be connected with the hotel reception, that will give you a code to get in.
