The Residential Hotel, recently built, is located near Cala Liberotto place among the most beautiful of Orosei, 1 km from the coast characterized by a continuous succession of coves of white sand, water crystal blue and emerald, and pink granite cliffs, several times awarded with the maximum score the "5 Sails" from "Legambiente". The village, consisting of 182 residential units of which 30 rooms and 152 apartments, distributed on 8 bodies, working with hotel or residence.The rooms in 'Hotel have comfortable furniture. All rooms have a bathroom with shower and a balcony. Then there is a minibar, hairdryer, safe, telephone and color TV and air conditioning. The apartments are located on the ground floor with garden or first floor with a large veranda with table and chairs are spacious, equipped with TV, telephone, air conditioning, made with excellent construction criteria and furnished perfectly.
