Our Chef creates dishes with a careful selection of products, severely chosen according to seasonal and high quality criteria among the local producers with zero impact. The most refined palates will be amazed by the combination of creativity and care of our dishes that interpret ancient recipes of the cooking tradition of our island. Among our proposal: selection of fresh and matured cheeses from the Sicanian mountains, soused meats, typical Sicilian aubergine ratatouille, potato dumplings with aubergine, truffled veal slices, Sicilian rolls.
