Set among lovely hanging gardens which are typical of the Sorrento Coast, the property is in an area particularly rich in vineyards, gardens and lemon trees. The furnishings of the apartment are simple and comfortable. There is a TV, radio CD player, DVD player, cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, blender, BBQ, iron and ironing board, washing machine, hairdryer, safe, air conditioned cold, heating, toys, first-aid kit and car parking. The House is composed of a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, a living area with double sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms with shower or tub. All furnishings are tasteful and modern. There is an exclusive large sun terrace sea view of 70 sq mt with shower equipped with tables, chairs, gazebo, shower, sun beds and sun umbrellas. The property can be easily reached by bus, train or car and there is private parking. It is a short walk down to the beach at La Marinella, or by bus to Sorrento Marina Grande where there are several excellent restaurants, boat rental services and a scuba diving centre. The bus stops which conned to Amalfi, Ravello, Salerno, Sorrento and Positano is a short walk from the property. From Sorrento and Positano there is boat service to Capri and Ischia. From Sorrento and Sant'Agnello there is train service to Pompei, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Naples. Groceries can be home delivered from the nearly store, and barber, hairdresser, grocery and wine stores are all a short walk away. Typical shops, bars, refined restaurants easily accessible by the typical streets and romantic lanes which characterize this site. The house is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am but we have flexibility if arranged at time of booking. La Terrazza is located at just 2 Km by the centre of Sorrento and a 1 Km by Sant'Agnello center, a pretty village bordering Sorrento, where you can also find bars, shops, banks and many restaurants. The sea with public and private beaches is at 1 Km, the port where you can catch the fast hydrofoils for the island of Capri, Ischia, Naples and Positano at 2.5 Km, train station for excursions to Pompei and Herculaneum at 1 Km. The Agriturismo Gli Ulivi is a agri-bio-farm holiday property located at 7 km from Sorrento and 9 km from Positano (Amalfi Coast). Perched at 320 meters altitude in the pristine hills above Sorrento, it affords Breathtaking views of the Sorrentine plains and the Gulf of Naples. just a few meters fro the property, you can access the road that take you to the Amalfi Coast, which is world famous for its spendid views of both the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. Gli ulivi is 200 meters form the main plaza of the village Colli di Fontanelle and can be reached by wlking down a small road. The plaza hosts two restaurants, a mini market, a butcher shop, a  bar/cafe and a small pastry shop. From this plaza, you can also take a bus to Positano-Amalfi to see the Amalfi Coast or to the towns of Sant'Agnello or Piano or Sorrento where train stations are located with service to Naples, Pompei and other points of interest.  Gli Ulivi is idelly situated for nature excursions on the Sorrentine Penisula. There are a variety of hiking paths that offer wonderful panomaric vistas of the Island of Capri, Vesuvius and Naples. The main paths are Sentiero Degli Dei, Punta Campanella, Baia di Jeranto in the Parco Marino di Punta Campanella. Gli Ulivi is also a percedt departure point for touring the region's many important archeological, cultural, and panoramic sites.(Sorrento 7 km,  Positano 11 km,Amalfi 23 km, Ravello 32 km, Pompei 25 km,Ercolano 30 km, Capri 30 min boat rice, Napoli 40 km, Paestum 90 Km). Gli Ulivi offer the following accomadation options: Appartment1 (53 mq) has two large rooms: one with a kitchenette, a sofa bed, a table with chairs and the other room with a double bed, two single beds and a bathroom with shower. The apartmente also features a large, panoramic terrace (45 mq) with a stunning view of the Gulf of Naples complete with a table and chairs, a swiinging chair for two and a large umbrella for shade. This apartment is ideal for a family of four. Apartment2 (29 mq) is a two room apartment: one with a kichenette, table and chairs, and other with a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom with shower. There are three windows in the apartmente with views overlooking the gulf of Naples. Studio3 (28 mq) is a large one-room apartment with a double bed, a kitchenette, table and chairs and a bathroom with shower. There is also a private terrace with a table, chairs and an umbrella as well as a view of The Gulf of Naples and the porperty's lemon and olive groves. Room4 (22 mq) is a single room with a double bed, bathroom with shower and a private terrace with a table and chairs. Gli Ulivi has a small restaurant that offer typical food from the region using organic products mainly from their own property. In summer you can eat outside in the garden. Breakfast and dinner are offered upon request. Price per person are 5 euro breakfast and 20 euro for dinner.
