Villa Gasparini is a venetian villa situated along the river Brenta, very close to Venice and Padua. You can get in Venice just in 30 minutes by bus and the bus stop is really close to the hotel, or even by boat from Terminal Fusina (which takes 15 minutes by car): in 20 minutes by boat from the hotel you will directly reach the heart of the city, San Marco! You can also reach Padua in 30 minutes by bus, from the hotel. Timetables, information about the lines, maps and discounts are available. Hotel Villa Gasparini is a small hotel, with 15 rooms, a family business which holds all the charm of the ancient Venice. In Dolo, the heart of Riviera del Brenta and symbol par excellence of settecento Venice splendour, you will have the chance to relax in the elegent rooms of what was the summer dwelling of the aristocrates, ancestors of the present owners: the Gasparini. We strongly suggest the visit to the closer venetian villas by Palladio, disposed along the entire path of the river: by micro-cruise along the river (by the famous boat Burchiello), by bike (you can rent in the hotel mountainbikes or city bikes), by bus or by car. The hotel is situated in Dolo_Venice at: -5 minutes from the bus-stop Padua and Venice -2 km from Highway Milano-venezia (exit Dolo-Venezia) -18 km from the nearest Padua ad Venice (by SR.11_Brenta Riviera) -15/20 km from Mestre. Venezia and Padova train Station -25km from Marco Polo Airport(the principal Airport on the region) -35km from Treviso Airport By train: From The Santa Lucia railway station in Venice turn right to Piazzale Roma. Bui a round trip ticket for Dolo in the ACTV office and take the bus 53 for Dolo or Padua. Ask to Get off at the DOLO-DEPOSITO sto and after 400 metres you will find the hotel. If you arrived with the train we advise against to get off at Dolo train station(it's outside the town), but we reccomend to continue up to Venice Santa Lucia and reach the hotel with a bus from Piazzale roma. By airplane: From Venice Marco Polo airport or Treviso Sant'Angelo: take a taxi, rent a car, or take a bus to Piazzale Roma and follow the indication. !!Please note that the reception is available until 9 p.m. For chech-in after time you have to inform the hotel and there is an extra cost of 50€. The villa was built upon the ruins of an even older villa, erected in the eighteenth century. Villa Ducale is today one of the most prestige Hotels in the Venetian region.
