Archaeological sites, walking paths, gorges, traditional villages, churches and lazy hours in the ‘kafenio’! In Aris hotel, except bed and breakfast, a small bar is open all day long for fresh juices, snacks, beverages and drinks. On the sitting room area, you can watch TV and video and also exchange your e-mail and surf for free on internet. Wide parking place is provided as well and the only comfort we can't offer you is...a swimming pool! Olive Tree Cottages are situated onthe east coast of the village. When you arrive at Paleochora, you see on the left side of the road,an old hotel (Libycon) & the sign for the Camping Area. If you follow the east coast that skirts Paleochoras pebble beach, passes the churchyard & campside, then leaves the coastline & you can just, catch a glimpse, of the tilled roofs of the Cottages.. They are peeping out, bettween green Olive Trees on the far side of the river bed & framed by the endless blue vistas of the Libyan sea..! This small complex has enormous character & located between Olive trees to provide maximum shade & privacy. The Cottages have been designed & construct by the owners, Georgia & Thomas, as that is their main business..The 8 airconditioned Cottages, all in amazingly different shapes & sizes, they are combined perfectly, in marvelous colour & form around a preety little village square, tilled with local stones. All the Cottages have spacious first flour,wooden balkonies or terraces, their own patio area & tiny gardens. Each unit has a living area,kitchen,its own shower room with wc. The 8th Cottage include the reception & the owners Cottage. Please dont forget to ask them about their own made biological, home made wine..!! Children from the age of 6 years are Welcome..! Distances: Paleochora from the Cottages it is 1300 metres & 15 minutes walking. Tavernas start from 10 minutes walking & supermarkets, cafe, bars,shops 15 minutes walking.
