An ancient site that was used by the Romans to defend the 8-arch stone bridge. A former 17th century grain mill in a truly superb setting looking onto a 15-metre high waterfall, now tastefully converted into an upmarket hotel & restaurant. Garden and terrace on the edge of the stream offering rest & relaxation. The entrance hall, bar and dining room are laid out and decorated in a medieval style, with stained-glass windows, wrought ironwork and a superb fireplace open on 4 sides. Our bedrooms, many of which open onto the waterfall and garden are spacious and comfortable. In the restaurant, our chef proposes refined regional cooking at a reasonable price. Yellow Wine and Arbois Wine and other local delights are given star billing.
