Hotel du Lavedan is located at the foot of the mountains Col du Tourmalet and Aubisque, just a few minutes away from Lourdes and the valley of the river Gave. The establishment is the ideal place for business travellers and leisure tourists who want to undertake sports activities or just spend a relaxing holiday. Set in the heart of the Hautes-Pyrénées department, the hotel is also very popular with cyclists, businessmen and pilgrims. Those of you who love fishing will be happy to find the river Gave de Pau flowing nearby and rich in trouts. We provide 19 rooms with shower and toilet. There are 2 family-rooms with a double bed and 2 single beds. Some rooms come with a balcony to the front. There is also a relaxation lounge with TV, a terrace and a private car park. TV in the room is available on request. Take a seat in the wonderful glazed restaurant and try the traditional Sylvie cuisine based on regional products. The menu includes mutton from the Argeles valley, trout from the Pyrenees, duck confit and the typical stew Garbure. You can undertake any number of beautiful walks following the “green river” on foot, with the bicycle or while skating. The path connects Pierrefitte-Nestalas with Lourdes and Cauterets and invites you for extensive walking tours.
