This old farm dating back to the 16th century farm, formerly part of the Château des Bories estate, has benefited from a complete makeover by Françoise and Pascal Ugolini. The decor in natural shades and the furniture with its soft patina pay tribute to the origins of the residence. The comfortable, appealing rooms, like candy boxes, have retained their period features like the exposed beams. A monumental fireplace and a period manger are the imposing eye-catchers in the restaurant where environmentally-friendly recipes are prepared from local, seasonal produce.
