It was built in 1573 in the Bohemian “Salzstraße” and was used over the centuries by travellers and wagoners as hostel and a place where the horses were changed and harnessed. All rooms are equipped with shower and toilet, telephone and colour TV. The hotel offers excellent home-style cooking and a courtyard with wood oven and suckling pig barbecue. An ethnic beer and wine garden and a wine store with selected wines are also available. Our health-conscious guests will experience an excellent stay as we have installed a sauna. We offer an exhibition with wooden sculptures of the “Erz Mountains” under the arbours. Music, cabaret, literature and conversation evenings in the “Roß-Laube” take place nearly every week.
