The 4.5 star hotel and brewery Brauereigasthof Hotel Aying is located at the heart of the scenic village square of Aying, which is community situated in upper Bavaria, just 25 kilometres south east of Munich, Bavaria's state capital. This historic ensemble of guest-house and manor house, the museum Sixthof, the own brewery Aying and additional exclusive premises is one of its kind. Following a centuries old family tradition, modernity and historic ways are inasmuch combined as Bavarian flair and enhanced convenience. Here you can stay at an up to date yet historic ambiance; enjoy top-notch cuisine and encounter a unheard-of conditions for private festivities and professional meetings. Many of our guests come back, and they do so often, and more often than not we are called the “Hotel of Hearts”. Our secret? That there is no secret! Everything is aligned towards the good of the guests. 48 rooms, each individually furnished, which captivate by their historic ambience while no modern amenities are missing. The 34 rooms of the guest-house have been extensively renovated over the years, as the guest-house was built as an add-on in 1923 as an enhancement of the estate. At the landmarked Manor House 14 exclusive rooms are awaiting their guests. The Manor House, a listed historic building, which was privately used by our family until 2005 and afterwards it was carefully renovated, and thoroughly rebuilt, and finally opened in 2009. It offers additionally a library with a historical inventory of books, an open fireplace, a parlour in wooden panelling and a professionally equipped meeting room. A good meal in pleasant companion and a cosy atmosphere – Bavarian hospitality has a long-standing tradition at the Brauereigasthof Hotel Aying. At our restaurant this tradition inspires us to give gastronomically our best. Our chef Mr. Curt-Daniel Scheffler creates ambitious yet tasty dishes – inspired by ingredients from the surrounding farms or our own hunting-ground. The result is an extraordinary indulgence.
