Location
The hotel is located in the southern part of the Crimea peninsular, town Yalta in the park area. To reach the town takes only 10 minutes by taxi and 20-30 minutes on foot through the beautiful park of Massandra.

Climate and temperature The climate is mild, lush subtropical evergreen vegetation. On the beach dominates pebble. Average temperature in the sea in summer season (June-late September) +22/+28C, air temperature +24/+35C.

Facilities
There are plenty of possibilities for amusements nearby. It is also possible organizing the excursions to different places of interest- both historical and cultural ones as in town itself and other areas near by upon request as well (for an extra charge).

“Medny Vsadnik” is a four-stored building.
At the second floor there is three-room apartment (120 m2) with two bed rooms, a sitting room, a kitchen with refrigerator and crockery, shower cubical and water closet, an extra bathroom, a fire place, two TV sets, a safe, additional children’s beds and sofas. All rooms have air-conditioner. There is a summer terrace and a balcony..
On the third floor there are two bedroom apartment and three bedroom suite. Two-room apartment of 60 m2 has two separate bedrooms. In one bedroom there is one double bed in another room two-seater bed and an extra sofa bed for 2 people and a cot is available on request. Has its own kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a shower room with WC, two air conditioners, TV-set, a balcony. This apartment is available for 4 people plus two extra spaces and a baby.
Three-room suite 80m2 comprises: three bedrooms, two rooms one double bed, a sofa bed, and the third room has two single-bed and cot on request. Room has a shower room with WC, two air conditioners, fireplace, LCD TV-set. Accommodation is available up to 6 persons, plus an additional 2 places and a child.

Meals
In a restaurant: breakfast is included, lunch and dinner for an extra price.

Transfer
A client can be met at the airport of Simferopol and brought to destination by a hotel minivan (for an extra charge).
