Our Chef has been a member of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises since 2004, having honed his art alongside great Michelin-starred chefs and in the Elysée kitchens. His wife, the sommelier, has worked in many prestigious Lyon establishments, and is his perfect ally in the dining-room.
