VILA QUINTA DOS FERREIROS The proximity of the mountain range of the Caldeirão and the line of hills of the 'Barrocal', makes of this region a climatic paradise. The recognition of the rich environment qualities dates from the beginning of the century when, in 1918 the Sanatorium Carlos Vasconcelos Porto was constructed. Even today, many choose live here, mainly for the healthy breezes of the region. The villa is located on a summit with a unique view over the hills and mountains of the Algarve and possesses a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, terrace with barbecue, swimming pool, garden and private parking area. The house is equipped for four persons, who can enjoy a large terrace with barbecue and a living room with fireplace and television. The private leisure area consists of garden, lawn, fruit trees, swimming pool and leisure furniture. The house has a magnificent and unobstructed view over the surrounding landscape.
