Surrounded by a dense forest of juniper, pine and mimosa, Baiaverde is situated on the northern coast of Sardinia, in a central position between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura. The village is on the sea (from which is approx. 120 m.) and overlooks on a long gold sandy beach. Is carefully tended because always managed by the owners. The Club Hotel Baiaverde, offers Hotel formula and residence formula. The 137 housing units are included in pretty terraced houses scattered in the pine woods, all not far from the service centre where you'll find: reception, Tv AND READING ROOM (WITH wi-fi), air conditioned restaurant, general store, bar/ice cream shop and laundromat. The complexe also has: part of private beach equipped with unmbrellas and sun beds, which can be reached from the village by a private road, a beautiful fresh water swimming pool (25 m. x 12.5 m.), children's pool, playground, bowling alley, table tennis, square relaxation and entertainment and a large stage for the evening shows. At Baiaverde there are NO surprises and NO hidden costs to be paid. In other words the price you see is a "turn key" price without any addition. Only in you decide to buy additional service afetr your arrival you will be charged an additional price. All are made up of 2 separate rooms: living room with 1 sofa bed (2 places), bedroom, bathroom with shower and patio or balcony equipped. They have air conditioning, telephone, TV, minibar, hairdryer and safaty deposit box. This formula includes beach service. ResidenceAt guests'disposal: Silver two-room apartments beds (about 30 sqm.) and Silver three-room apartments 6 bed (about 65 sqm.). The 4- beds apartment has a living room with a sofa bed (2 places), TV (no sat) and kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower, patio or balcony equipped with table and chairs. The 6-beds apartment is on 2 floors and has a living room with bed sofa for 2 people, TV (no sat) and kitchenette, bedroom with shower, patio or balcony equipped with table and chairs. Reception opening hoursUntil 13/6 and from 13/9: 9.30 am - 12:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm - Sundey closed. From 14/6 to 12/9: 7:30 am to 11:00 pm every day. Check in During periods 19/4-13/6 and 13/9-17/10, every day except Sunday: 3:30 pm to 7:30 for hotel and residence. From 14/6 to 12/9, every day, hotel 3:30 pm - 11 pm, residence 5:30 pm - 11 pm.
