The tourist restaurant & hotel gondola ride , beautifully situated at the foot of the rock nuns , since the end of the 18th century is a popular destination, a place to stay and a starting point for beautiful walks. Located on the outskirts there are yet only 15 minutes walk to the center of the spa town of Jonsdorf. Our family- run hotel offers various guest rooms - the parlor with the more than 200 year old fireplace, a cozy lounge and a spacious veranda with views up into the rock world . The garden restaurant , Schwerdtner 's ice garden and the traditional boats on the boating lake invite you to linger longer in the summer. Our 3 - star hotel has 35 comfortable rooms . All rooms are equipped with shower or bath, WC , TV, radio and telephone. Below are 2 apartments with minibar, safe and balcony, rooms with separate living and sleeping area, a handicapped room and sun room with terrace overlooking the water with stunning views to the nuns rocks. Wireless Internet access is available in guest rooms and throughout the hotel grounds. We have a spa with pool, sauna, infrared cabin and solarium physio and a spacious parking and garages. Jonsdorf itself also has a lot to offer, such as narrow-gauge railway , ice rink , butterfly house , forest stage , solar heated Gebirgsbad and Weberstube .
