There are 18 modern in style, fully equipped flats in this residence building. We offer spacious two-bedroom apartments, with full kitchens, bathrooms, complete home amenties, each of them can host 4 guests comfortably. There are also a few smaller flats, one-bedrooms with separate living areas, for smaller numbers of guests. We accept group reservations, especially corporate stays, offering attractive solutions for business. Please note there is no reception in the building, so you'll have full privacy throughout your stay. Our office is close by, so if you need any assistance, we're within reach. Standard amenities per unit: Iron & ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen & towels, Cable TV, DVD, vacuum cleaner, Internet connection(small extra fee), heating, cookware & kitchen utensils, crockery & cutlery, dishwasher, cooking hob, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, beds, sofas, wardrobes, shelves Bedding:2bedroom apartment - 4 separate sleeping places: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 double sofaBedding: 1bedroom apartment - 2 separate sleeping places: 1 double bed, 1 double sofa 1-4 floors, elevator, underground parking on request, subject to availability. NOTE: you will get our reception address and arrival instructions following your booking confirmation email. Please contact us in any case, and we will guide you through your check-in, and arrange a meeting with you. Please note that also arrivals after office hours are charged a late check-in fee. For your check-in please prepare your CC for the damage deposit; you can also leave a refundable deposit in cash: EUR 300. The depoit will be returned to you upon departure. City tax of EUR 4,33/night/apartment is not included in our prices, it will be collected from you at check-in in cash and transferred to the city jurisdiction separately. Business hours of reception: On business days: from 10:00 to 22:00 On the weekend: from 10:00 to 18:00 .
