The B & B Dimora Salento restored only in 2012, is a typical residence of the place with rooms all covered with masonry vault. The hotel is just 5 km from Gallipoli consists of 4 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and led tv. The central part of the structure consists of a large hall with air conditioning, flat-led and sitting area. At the rear, sheltered by a shade structure is present ortale where the landlady Mrs Alessandra delight its guests with cookies, cakes and sweets (including the famous Gallipoli pasticciotto) during the breakfast service.
