We would like to welcome you to the Tivoli in Faro. We are in a lovely location opposite a large tree filled square, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and just around the corner from the Rua de Santo Antonio pedestrian shopping area. We are just along the road (200m) from the Arch to the old walled city and marina and should you wish to visit the night life area it will take you 7 minutes to walk there. The bus and train stations are 7 and 10 minutes walk respectively. We have several types of rooms at the Tivoli to suit all budges from a single bedroom with shared bathrooms to our Special bedrooms overlooking the square with private shower facilities. Wifi is available in our Standard, Family/Group and Special rooms on the first floor. We can accommodate families and groups in our 3 and 4 bedded rooms and can cater for large groups. We also offer all double and twin rooms at a single occupancy rate. Children are welcome and if they do not require a bed are free (up to the age of 5). When you arrive at the Tivoli you will be welcomed with lots of information about Faro, the best places to visit, the best cafes and restaurants suited to your budget and where you will receive an after dinner drink as Guests of the Tivol. You will hear of some secreta places in Faro that not many visitors discover and the best places for views and for taking photographs that others could miss! You will also receive a 10% discount in 2 popular local bars (one of which has been featured in in-flight magazines. If you are visiting Faro you should allow yourself time to go to one of our beautiful, clean and uncrowded beaches which are found on island bordering the Ria Formosa, with long stretches of sand and the added bonus of having beaches on the Atlantic and the lagoon side (very child friendly). These beaches can be reached by boat or by bus and as many of my Guests tell me, you should not stay in Faro without visiting the Ilha Deserta!! We will tell you all about the beaches and you can take the boat from the dock 300 metres from the Tivoli. If you are using Faro as a base to visit the rest of the will also help you plan your visits to the resorts and you will receive a discount on boat trips - one on the Ria Formosa and another coastal boat tour in Vilamoura. The Tivoli is a small, friendly, family run Guest House and our intention is that our Guests have a great stay and see and enjoy as much as they can whilst in Faro. Reception is available from 9am until midnight, however, if you need to check in before or after these hours it is possible by prior arrangement and a small charge. You may also leave your luggage with us during the day if you have a late departing flight. Business hours of reception: Every day: from 00:00 to 00:00 .
