El patio 77 B&B has just opened in December of 2009. We completely renovated a beautiful historic building dating from the end of the 19th century and protected by INBA (the Mexican National Institute of Fine Arts) to make an eco-friendly B&B that offers the comfort of a small boutique hotel. The care and attention we give our guests in this 8 rooms' house make them feel at home. The water is heated (up to 70 degrees Celsius) by solar panels; we collect rainwater from the roof and water from showers and re-use it in the toilets, to clean the house and to water the plants and trees. Moreover, almost all of the furniture at El patio 77 comes from recycled materials or flea markets. Each of the 8 grand rooms of this house has been decorated in the style of one of the 31 states of the Mexican Republic. Some of these rooms have private bathrooms, other rooms share between 2 rooms. We speak Spanish, English, French, German and Portuguese.
