The Sapito is a farmhouse in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature in the estate of the same name, the most 'greatest of Tognetti, 105 acres of oaks, chestnut trees and Mediterranean vegetation, vineyards, olive groves, fishing lakes, in which there are also Ristorante Il Brigante and Bosco Lazzeroni. Located 600 m. high in a dominant position, it offers views of the lush verdant around that touches the sea to the horizon, the peaks of the Apuan Alps and the hills of Chianti Classico. The complex, skilfully restored by a famous Florentine architect, consists of an old farmhouse with attached barn and includes a total of 8 comfortable apartments that preserve and enhance the characteristic aspects of the 'original architecture. The apartments have Tuscan furniture and fittings, private entrance with private gardens separated by hedges of rosemary, bay leaves and lavender and shaded by cypress trees and ancient oaks. the flower alleys leading to the sun terrace with swimming pool, shaded parking, until you find the paths that run the whole farm, including livestock bio-integrated Cinta Senese, the hunting, vineyards, olive groves, areas equipped for games Bosco Lazzeroni and sports facilities in the restaurant and the Brigand until you reach the park natural history of San Vivaldo.
