Mountain hotel Hamilton Lodge & Spa is located at 2100m in the Aletsch glacier area, which is part of the UNESCO world heritage. Splendid views, no cars around... The lodge is also known as 'hip Heidi-hotel': a cosy mountain hotel breathing the atmosphere of the Alps. Antlers on the wall, a relaxing lounge with fireplace, chandeleers, candles and warming red accents to create a welcoming feel. Setting In summer and winter Hamilton Lodge is the ideal starting point for mountain walks and adventurous sports In winter we're located directly on the slopes and next to the ski lifts: Ski-in & ski-out. Rooms Hamilton Lodge & Spa has 19 rooms. Every room has a bathroom with toilet/shower, hair dryer, cable-television and free wifi. Our comfort rooms have a bathroom with bath tub and/or a balcony facing south. Wellness Pamper yourself in our glacier Spa, equipped with Finnish sauna and bio sauna, using herbs from the alpine meadow. AA plunge bath, hot tub and whirlpool are situated outdoors - in winter in snow, in summer amidst the alpine flowers. Restaurant Our cozy restaurant has been fitted out in log cabin style, in the atmosphere of the Alps. Our breakfast features cheese, butter and yoghurt straight from the farmer’s cooperation on the Belalp. Lunch and dinner include some regional as well as international dishes, all prepared with the greatest care. Children's paradise Our Hamilton Lodges are a true children's paradise. In summer mountain kids can run around on the alpine meadow content and entirely safe, because there is no traffic. In winter from the age of 4, young skiers are welcome at our ski schools which are situated nearby the hotels. Baby beds are available at our hotel on request.
