Sandrine, Jacques and all of the team at the Étang du Moulin look forward to welcoming you. Choose from one of two locations to enjoy a delicious meal our distinguished and refined Gastronomic restaurant or the cosy and convivial Bistrot. All dishes are in tune with the seasons and make the very best use of local produce. The rigorous selection process applied when choosing our wine suppliers means that we are able to allow you to discover some real treats. Let us guide you in your choice throughout your meal. Our 19 guest rooms are all tastefully decorated with nature-based themes, and all are equipped with modern fittings (WiFi, telephone, TV, minibar,...). Calm, harmony, natural materials... everything is provided to make your stay a restful one. The hotel is also the ideal location for professional seminars. Our "wellness" centre boasts a sauna, Turkish bath, water jet shower and a jacuzzi.
