Especially designed for Summer holidays, the Monchique Residences is located in the green hills of Monchique, next to the Thermal Village, with naturally beautiful views of the Algarve mountains. Monchique Residences features first class self catering accommodation in one bedroom apartments for families of up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. With areas ranging between 60-90m2, the spacious, elegant and fully fitted apartments include one bedroom (double or twin beds) with ensuite bathroom, second bathroom with a walk-in shower, broad living and dining area, sofa bed in living area (accommodates 3rd adult or 2 children up to 12 years), fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony with outdoor furniture. All apartments are non smoking and include air-conditioning / central heating, flat screen TV in bedroom and living/dining area, satellite TV, line telephone, safe and free Internet access (cable). The apartments include towels, bed linen and amenities. Change of towels and bed linen every 3 days. Daily cleaning service not included in the price. Daily cleaning service available at an extra charge. Reception services located in a nearby hotel unit - please contact Monchique Residences to inform the estimated arrival time. Monchique Residences does not feature any restaurant facilities, however you can find restaurants nearby. Monchique Residences facilities include one outdoor swimming pool, sun beds and Jacuzzi, for free use of the guests. Garage parking available nearby and complimentary to guests.
