With a history of over 250 years the present day Ramsteiner-hof has served the public, providing a combination of friendly and comfortable living. Official records dating back to 1761 trace the Ramsteiner-hof, formerly the Golden Hirsch, as an inn and postal mail station for changing riders and horses. Since the early days of the 19th century it has become the cornerstone of the hotel trade serving this area. Throughout its History the Ramsteiner-hof has undergone extensive renovation to upgrade and modernize its facilities. During this period, while retaining its original open-beam construction, it continues to provide for the relaxation and enjoyment of our guests. Today the Ramsteiner-hof is a non-smoking 3-star hotel. It is managed and operated in the fourth generation in a family dedicated to excellence and superior service.
