Our house is located at the foot of a hill, near the historic little town Cavaion. It is 2 km from the tollbooth of Affi and is girthed by vineyards and olive trees. It has a beautiful church that is important for the southern part of Lake Garda. From this location, you can easily reach the lake. As a matter of fact Bardolino is only 4 km away and, coasting the lake you can visit Lazise, Peschiera, Garda, Torri del Benaco and other little villages on the lake shores. To those who love hiking and bicycle, we suggest Monte Baldo whereas shopping lovers can visit two big shopping-centres in Affi. Cultural cities as well can be easily reached by car for a one-day trip, for example: Verona (20 minutes), Venice (1 hour), or Trento (40 minutes). You can count on a nice day if you have children, visiting Gardaland one of the biggest amusement parks. For those who love water we suggest Caneva World. Also Parco Giardino Sigurtá in Valeggio a botanical garden, is worth visiting as well as the safari park Parco Natura Viva in Pastrengo, especially for children.
