Hotel Hotel "Kwan" - is a unique in its kind architectural structure, located on the right bank of the Oka River in the 10-minute drive from the city center. In wintertime the main ski slope of the ski resort takes its beginning from the very roof of the hotel. In 2009, 2010 and 2011 the decision of the Union ski industry announced sports complex "Kwan" as the winner in nomination "Best ski-resort" among more than 100 ski resorts organizations. In 2012, in the annual competition among stakeholders of tourism industry "The best organization of tourism industry in the Kaluga region", organized by the Ministry of Tourism of the Kaluga region, the hotel "Kwan" won the nomination "The best hotel." The hotel has 71 comfortable guest rooms, 61 rooms of category "Standard", 7 "Luxe" rooms and 3 "Suites». Each room is equipped with refrigerator, TV, telephone, mini-bar, hair dryer, make-up kit for the bathroom, free Wi-Fi internet access and a safe. The price for accommodation includes"buffet" breakfast. From 2013 on the territory of "Kwan" for visitors opened a modern two-story Guest House with a beautiful views of the floodplain of the river Oka. The restaurant operates for banquet services. From 12.00 to 24.00 in wintertime for guests operates a cafe on the slopes. From May till September we are glad to welcome our guests in our summer terrace, which offers a unique view of the city and the floodplain of the Oka River.
