MAX House Serviced Apartments in Farnborough opened in December 2010. Our latest development consists of 72 apartments with a choice of Studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. The apartments are set over 4 floors within a modern apartment building and offer top quality accommodation for both short and extended stay requirements. All units feature modern kitchens with fully integrated appliances, free wi-fi, queen size beds and luxury bathrooms. They boast the sophistication of wood flooring, quality brushed steel fittings, fitted wardrobes to master bedrooms with downlighters throughout. Coded security access gives you peace of mind along with a secure car park. Within our development there is also an on-site daily reception which operates Monday - Friday. There is a 24-hour self-check-in procedure and access information will be provided to guests before arrival. The apartments are in central Farnborough, 10 minutes from the M3 and just a 5 minute walk from Farnborough train station, giving you very easy and quick access into central London in under 50 minutes. Payment Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking without penalty giving notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. If cancelled later, you will incur a charge of 1 week's rental or the total amount due, whichever is lower. No-shows/Non-arrivals will be subject to the same cancellation charges.
