Residence Eucalipti offers self-catering apartments with a balcony right on the sandy seafront in Alghero. Partially refurbished in 2011, it is well connected by a seaside walk or bus to the centre. Each apartment is air conditioned and includes a lounge and a small kitchen with a fridge and hob. Bathrooms and furniture have all been updated in the new building. At Residence Eucalipti the rate includes air conditioning, gas, water,electricity, final cleaning, utilities and all bed linen and towels, which are changed once a week. A large swimming-pool is a guests disposal within the complex. In the surroundings you will find a wide choice of restaurants, supermarkets, children's playgrounds and sports activities in the beach. An airport transfer service is available on request and at an additional cost. Alghero Airport is only 15 minutes' drive away. Free cancellation can be made up until 8 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire stay will be charged. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged. Between 01-07-2013 and 20-09-2013, for cancellations made by 8 days before the check-in day, a cancellation fee of 1 night is charged. For late cancellations made after this time 100% of the entire stay is charged. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
