Two rooms and a guesthouse near Grasse, Valbonne and Opio. The owner speaks French, English and German. Les Jardins du Golf is ideally located between Grasse and Valbonne, at the heart of the “Golden Triangle” of Cannes-Grasse-Vence. Les Jardins du Golf opened in November 2008 and comprises an independent cottage plus two rooms (in the proprietor's house). This Provence-style property was recently built over an orchard which still forms the lower part of the garden. Les Jardins du Golf sits right in front of the Grande Bastide golf course, below the mountain-top villages of Opio and Chateauneuf-de-Grasse (which is classed as one of the Alpes-Maritimes' “ historical sites”). Deposit Policy 30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking.70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
