The Plaza Hotels are ideally placed in Tower Road at the centre of the Sliema promenade and directly adjacent to a rocky beach with a sandy patch and a public garden nearby. Paceville, Malta’s primary nightlife spot, is between 15 and 20 minutes walk away – making it close enough to be convenient, but far enough for one to be able to replace the noise and crowds with a more restful atmosphere. The Sliema promenade is also famed among locals and tourists alike for the wonderful atmosphere along its restaurant-studded walk.
