New Hotel Belvedere is located behind a hill overlooking the Gulf of Manerba which enjoys a breathtaking view of the lake. The hotel was completely renovated in 2012, the style is modern and from the old structures it remaines only the wonderful view of the lake, ranging from suggestive Gulf of Manerba up to the two islands, San Biagio and Isola del Garda. The atmosphere is young and lively, ideal for families or couples who want a vacation with outdoors recreation and relaxation, but it is also recommended as a base for excursions because of its strategic location. The property is approximately 2 km from the large and well equipped beach named "La Romantica" situated in Manerba del Garda at Pieve Vecchia, on the south-west coast of the lake. The beach is reached by a walk of about 15/20 minute. The hotel has a large park with swimming pool, equipe with sun beds and umbrellas, where you can admire the lake Garda. At your disposal as well a small playground for children. Our catering services include buffet breakfast, a snack bar with poolside service, and our pride, or the "Ristorante Terzo Tempo", where our renomated Chef David Pelizzari will care about you every night with his” Haute cuisine” dishes accompanied by an excellent wine list. The hotel also offers free WI-Fi in common areas and hotel rooms with a small charge. In our TV corner there is a chance to see every day all major sporting events. At the reception we offer you the possibility to plan trips and excursions. During the summer you can buy tickets for the shows of the arena in Verona. Rooms The rooms are all equipped with private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning or heating, safe, TV, WI-FI. We are pleased to offer our customers four different types of rooms: standard, lake view, standard family and lake view family. Apartments The apartments have air conditioning or heating, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kitchenette with two hotplates, sink, refrigerator and cooker hood. It is included full equipment for food preparation, coffee machine and kettle. We have 2 rooms apartments or 1 room apartment, on request we have also apartments with connecting doors. All apartments have a private terrace or balcony and all have a wonderful lake view. The price is including kitchen equipment, please note that on arrival you will require a deposit of euro 100.00 with a list of the material provided. The price included also initial cleaning and linen change every 7 days. Final cleaning is compulsory and costs euro 35.00. Children The hotel has a small playground for children. Our kitchen is happy to prepare a special menu for our younger customers! Pets Your pets are welcome, the cost is euro 8.00 per day. Dog sitting service could be booked extra on request.
