Located at an altitude of 1585 m in the Alpine gap, just 9 km from Balea Glacial Lake, Capra Leisure Complex 3 * is easy to locate due to its special architecture and excellent location, only 50 meters from the National Road DN7C, km 108, named also Transfagarasan – the highest road in Romania. The Complex was totally rebuilt on the location of the old hut Capra. The architecture corresponds to the new requirements in mountain tourism, but at the same time, it integrates seamlessly into the beauty and authenticity of the surroundings of Transfagarasan. The Complex has 60 accommodations in 26 rooms equipped with: bathroom with shower, cable TV, automatic central heating. Most of the rooms have minibar and balcony. Capra Leisure Complex provides the following facilities: outdoor parking, safe at the reception, wireless internet in the lobby and restaurant, outdoor children's playground, outdoor barbeque with possibility of organizing campfire. Restaurant Capra, with a capacity of 80 seats, and a rustic Terrace, which offers a total of 90 seats, are waiting for you with a traditional cuisine, based on the tasty Romanian cuisine, which can satisfy the most diverse and demanding tastes. The restaurant allows you to organize celebratory moments, birthday dinners or private events. As a support for these events, The Complex also provides a Conference Room with capacity of 30 seats, which may be the ideal place for company meetings, seminars, conferences. Our Complex offers multiple possibilities for leisure and team-building activities. The main attraction is the modern "Capra Adventure Park", with rope-course style activities, offering 16 workshops with suspended bridges. The Complex also invites you to spend time in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere, at a game of pool or table tennis. After a day in which you've enjoyed winter sports in the middle of the mountains (the snow park for snowboarding and skiing is situated at only a few steps from the Complex), you can relax in our rustic-style Terrace, sipping a cup of mulled wine or hot tea.
