Pensione Moderna is in Bonassola, a wonderful village on the seaside, close to the Cinque Terre area, in the Italian Riviera. The hotel is centrally in the town, 2 minutes by foot from the beach, 2 minutes by foot from the railway station (where you can take the trains to the Cinque Terre, S. Margherita-Portofino, Sestri Levante or other villages on the coast). The interesting building from the last century (1950) is located in the middle of a garden with tropical and mediterranean trees. Pensione Moderna offers you hospitality and all the convenience for a relaxing vacation. Rooms with private bathroom, TV and telephone, adapted to any convenience with personal touch. Also independent, separate rooms with a connection to each other. Rental bikes for excursions.Internet Wi-Fi free. The buffet breakfast includes homemade pastries, ham, cheese and fresh fruit, and is served in the garden during summer. Ferry boats are running in summer (July-August), connecting Bonassola to Cinque Terre, Portovenere or Portofino During the summer season, you can “taste” the Italian Dolce Vita, taking drinks in the small picturesque cafès located on the main street or on the beach.
