The Lederfabrik-Hotel is a listed building, originally one of Mülheim's ancient Leather factories, which incorporates industrial heritage with modern luxury. Built in 1864, the Lederfabrik, with its impressive brickwork buildings, remains a symbol of the "Gründerjahre"- the period of industrial expansion in the 1870's, and is one of the city's few listed industrial buildings. The Lederfabrik-Hotel has 19 double-rooms and 5 single-rooms, all elegantly furnished: spacious rooms from 25 to 35qm have bath/shower, WC, air-conditioning, satellite-TV, direct-dial phone, Minibar and modem connection. The bulding faces to the garden, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. Free parking for up to 30 cars is available for our guests. In the morning a lavish business brunch is served, for dinner our Restaurant opens at 18.00h. Our bright, fully-equipped conference room for up to 40 persons ensures an agreeable business climate. The geographic location of the Lederfabrik-Hotel is perfect for sight-seeing or shopping throughout the diverse Ruhrgebiet. With easy traffic connections Düsseldorf and Essen can be reached within 20 minutes, be it for shopping or to visit one of the many trade fairs. the city of Cologne can be reached within 45 minutes by car. Mülheim itself spends a lot of possibilities for leisure time: museums, theatres and cinemas. Sportier guests can choose between jogging, walking, swimming and golfing.
