The estate extends for over 20 ha, including a Vineyard, olive grove, fruits and woods. The colonic complex, recently restored, is composed by the main building which holds 4 apartments each with private entrance and private outside terrace, kitchen with cooking corner, living room, sofa beds, bathroom and double bedroom. In the first floor there are 6 nice double rooms, each with private bathroom, from which it is possible to enjoy a spectacular view over the Tuscan panoramas. Adjoining we find il Fienile (the Barn), a detached house with terrace and private garden spread over 2 levels. The accommodations offer all the comfort and are tastefully furnished and agreeability to make guests' stay a memorable experience. In the large and pleasant park, you will find a large swimming pool with breathtaking view and a smaller, and also a jacuzzi bath and a solarium, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Tuscan hills, overlooking the vineyard and olive grove of the structure.
