In the heart of the picturesque Bavarian Forest, In the health resort of Zwiesel , just 400 meters from Zwiesel Train Station, 5 min walk from Zwiesel Swimming Pool and Sauna Complex, This family-run pension enjoys a quiet location and is just a 20-minute walk from Zwiesel town center. Each Holiday Guest to Pension Heidi receives a National Park Card that allows you free Bus & Rail transport in the local area. All our country style rooms at Pension Heidi feature satellite TV, Free Wi-Fi and a private bathroom and hairdryer, most rooms have a balcony or terrace. A full buffet breakfast is served daily consisting of teas, coffee, juices, cereals, yoghurts, eggs, meats and chesses and can be taken in the beer garden / terrace. All day tea, coffee, beer & wines are available in the breakfast room. We have 4 super restaurants for evening meals within 5 minutes’ walk. The surrounding mountains and forest offer several hiking / Mountain Biking / Cross Country Ski and Snow Shoeing trails that run right past the pension, with lots of useful tips available from the Pension Heidi Team on places to visit plus our fantastic glass factories. For Wildlife Photographers we have 3 superb wildlife parks nearby at Ludwigstal, Lohberg and Lussen, with bears, lynx, Wolves, Birds of Prey and much, much more. Skiing in winter is available 15km away at the Arber Mountain with a Free Ski Bus leaving from Pension Heidi’s door, with Ski Storage and local maintenance, Zwiesel Cross Country Ski Center is just outside our door.
